Everything you need to know about refunds, returns, exchanges, delivery, and how your order is confirmed at FAY Collectibles.
Please review all store policies carefully before placing an order with Fay Collectibles.
Refund Policy
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are issued only in cases where the fault is from FAY Collectibles. This includes:
- Incorrect items sent
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
How to Qualify
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
What We Do Not Cover
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Failure to read product descriptions or policies
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method, or another agreed method where applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
When Returns & Exchanges Apply
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items with confirmed faults from Fay Collectibles. Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition
Exchange Window & Processing
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Approved exchanges are processed within 48–72 hours after confirmation.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Pop-up purchases
Delivery
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are packaged and dispatched on scheduled batch days only. Delivery schedules are always communicated in advance.
Delivery Only — No Pick-Ups
Fay Collectibles operates strictly through delivery services. Pick-ups are not available.
Delivery Costs
Customers bear the cost of delivery unless stated otherwise.
Third-Party Courier Liability
Once an order has been handed over to a third-party delivery service, Fay Collectibles is not liable for delays caused by the courier. However, assistance will be provided where possible to help resolve delivery concerns.
Order Confirmation
When Your Order Is Confirmed
Payment confirms and validates your order. Items are reserved only after full payment, or the required minimum deposit has been made, as stated.
